Returns

When receiving your order please fully inspect your packages. The blind will be shipped in 2 boxes. Any packaging or product damage must be recorded to the delivery handler. All claims and disputes must be made known to the delivery carrier and to the Forerunner customer service department. If the product must be returned for any reason (excluding damage) the product must be in unused and new condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the time the order was placed and before your order ships to receive a full refund. To cancel please email sales@forerunnerblinds.com.

Shipping

Fore Runner Blinds strives to process your order within 36 – 72 hours of placement. All orders will be shipped from a facility in southern Iowa. We will do our best to email you when your order ships with an estimated delivery time. Any shipping delays will be communicated to you as quickly as possible.

Warranty

Fore Runner Blinds aluminum frame is warranted to be free of workmanship defects for as long as the original owner owns the blind for up to one year. Warranted frame parts will be repaired or replaced by Forerunner Blinds. The following is not covered by this warranty: reckless use, abuse, wear and tear due to improper installation, storm damage, floods or any acts of God
